Initial Assessment
Initial Assessment 45 min
All new patients must undergo an initial assessment. This involves an in-depth discussion about current pain and injuries, past injuries and how this is affecting your daily life; a physical assessment; development of a treatment plan; initial treatment and a home exercise program.
Follow up appointments
Follow up appointments can be in the form of:
30-minute appointment
A one-on-one session including hands on treatment, exercise prescription and Clinical Pilates.
Co-treatment
2 patients receiving treatment and Clinical Pilates exercises in the same session. 45 min.
Long Private Consult
One on one 45-minute session for people with complex or multiple injuries requiring extra time and individualised attention.
Classes
Core Fit Classes
A fun, challenging class incorporating Pilates machines and props, weights and body weight exercises to improve core control and overall strength. These classes have a maximum of 6 clients.
They are suitable for:
- people recovering from injuries
- ladies returning to exercise after having a baby,
- people who find other gym classes/bootcamps aggravate their pain
- anyone who wants to improve their core strength
All participants must undergo an Initial Assessment before joining the classes.

Onero™ Classes for People with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia
Onero™ is a high intensity resistance and impact exercise program to strengthen bone and muscle. The program is especially designed for people with low bone mass. It has been shown to increase bone mass, improve strength and balance and reduce the risk of fractures.
Onero™ is an evidence–based exercise program developed from the LIFTMOR study, conducted at Griffith University under the supervision of Professor Belinda Beck, and published in the Journal of Bone Mineral Research (2018).
Onero™ must be supervised by an accredited ONERO™ practitioner (Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to ensure it is delivered safely.
Jaye is an, accredited Onero practitioner.
Classes are held twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays at Rich Life Studios in Cullen Bay.
All participants must first attend an Initial Assessment before joining the classes.
Private Health rebates are available for both the assessment and the classes.
