Antenatal & Postnatal
At Physio on Wickham we love babies, but pregnancy, birth and looking after a newborn can take it’s toll on the mother’s body. Clinical Pilates is used to improve back pain, pelvic pain, pelvic floor and core function and to safely return to exercise after having a baby.
Pre and Post Surgery
An assessment to see if your injury can be treated conservatively (without surgery).
